I received a text to confirm my arrival time. There was someone at reception when I arrived. The location is superb. It is very central and you can get to where you need on foot or tram. The apartment was spacious. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. The facilities are a little worn but fine. There is plenty of space in the apartment and everything you need. It was warm on arrival and there were some bottles of water and snacks for us - which the kids loved.
Great location staff very helpful
Enough space in the apartment, comfortable with all facilities and convenience to go to all interesting places by walking distance as the place right in city centre. We’d book the place again if we’ll be back to Melbourne and recommend the place to friends too.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, with easy access to everything we needed, whether it was shops, restaurants, or public transport. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was clear and responsive. Overall, it was a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again
